Indonesian Version

“ahhh..Tentu nggak! Saya cinta kehidupan lho!”, “Lalu kenapa kamu banyak ngomong spt itu?” Jrengg…saya rasanya tertohok.

English Version (5:00)

3.5 years ago, Clarissa started experiencing a tingling sensation on her right arm, difficulties in breathing, sharp pain in her chest and palpitations. She chose to ignore them thinking that they are due to exhaustion and lack of sleep. But when she passed out, fell and hit her head (the wound requiring stitches), she decided to consult a cardiologist.

Several tests were conducted and their results were not good; Clarissa was diagnosed with Tachy-Bradycardia, where the heart can beat up to 200 bpm although she is sitting in a relaxed manner, then randomly drop to 20 bpm. The heart monitor that was placed on her for 72 hours also recorded irregular heart activity when she was asleep, many flat lines according to her doctor. Consulting a few other cardiologists also brought on more or less the same diagnosis and it was advised that she immediately undergo surgery.

In the midst of the confusion, Clarissa was fortunate to be advised by her friend to see her friend’s colleague  who was a Biodecoding practitioner. She was hesitant at first but after talking to the person via phone she was intrigued and decided to continue with an appointment.

Clarissa learned that surprisingly, each cell in our body records all events, positive-negative without the ability of differentiating which ones are good or bad. And it’s not just what you say, but also what you think and feel; all are recorded and the negative things that we think about usually manifest themselves in the form of diseases.

What is interesting for Clarissa was that the Bio Decoding session was usually more about talking and at one point during a light discussion, she realized that for the last few months prior to when her chest pains started, she often thought “Enough”, “Enough”, “I am tired”, “I don’t want to continue like this”; because at that time coincidentally she was experiencing a lot of frustrating issues.

When Clarissa shared this with the Bio Decoder, the person only asked “Are you suicidal?”, which of course caught her off guard. She immediately replied of course not, she loves life. “Then why did you say those things?”. Hearing that, she had an eureka moment where she was hit with a sudden sobering realization.

Apparently, what Clarissa thought of subconsciously, just a passing word when exhausted….had a significant impact. At that time, she realized that she was the one sabotaging herself. She realized that she was the boss of her own body, so when the boss always asked to stop because of exhaustion….her organs only obeyed, in what way? Her body immediately cooperated to shut down, in a natural way, the easiest being shutting down and creating chaos with her heart to speed up her death. It’s crazy how she just only  understood what was meant by it and how powerful is the mind itself.

Since that revelation, with new determination, Clarissa tried to make affirmed changes and be mindful with what she thinks and says. Believe it or not, she recovered within months, all the heart issues and sharp chest pains disappeared.
